How it started?

The Functional Area Enablement Institute (FAEI) was founded by Dr. Aurel Brudan following the global success of The KPI Institute, a leading authority in strategy and performance management. Through years of working with organizations worldwide, Dr. Aurel observed that while many companies had access to strong strategy and performance methodologies, they often faced challenges in developing the functional capabilities required to execute those strategies effectively. This insight led to the creation of FAEI.
